October is *** Cancer Awareness Month

Many of us have unfortunately been touched by someone we know who has been diagnosed with *** Cancer. Help spread the word to the women in your life to remember to do monthly self exams and schedule mammograms - early detection is very important.

My mother is a *** cancer survivor and I am so thankful for the many advancements that have been made in *** cancer treatment. This past month I went for my first mammogram.

Scrapbooks N Smiles is doing their part this month to help SOCK IT TO *** CANCER. Purchase a pair of Reebok Pink Ribbon Socks for $10 and all the proceeds will benefit the Susan G Komen Foundation.

There are a few more scrapbook events before the end of the year. Get away and scrapbook with your friends and get some scrapbook pages, handmade cards or gift albums completed. Thanks so much for your wonderful support! I've raised close to $200 for the Susan G Komen Foundation.
